Pro Auto (Essex) Ltd is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We strive to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and continually work to improve the user experience for everyone.

Accessibility Tools

Measures Taken

  • Semantic HTML landmarks, headings, and a single skip-to-content link.
  • Visible keyboard focus indicators throughout the site.
  • Alt text on meaningful images and empty alt for decorative imagery.
  • Accessible names on every icon-only button and link.
  • Form labels, validation feedback announced to screen readers, and ARIA attributes on interactive widgets.
  • Colour contrast that meets WCAG AA across text and interactive elements.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some third-party content (such as the embedded Google Map) may not be fully accessible. Where this is the case, we provide an equivalent text alternative — for example, a written address and a "Get directions" link.
